You can personally pick up the ordered goods in our company or we will send them to you by cash on delivery via Czech Post. The parcel is delivered to the delivery address the next working day after dispatch. In the event of non-delivery, the delivery driver will leave a deposit notice at the nearest post office. The notification also includes the package number and the telephone number of the specific post office where the parcel is deposited. You can then arrange for redelivery by phone, which is free of charge.
